Managing cum founding Partner
An Advocate and former Chief Commissioner of Customs & GST under Government of India, having an extensive career spanning 35 years dedicated in implementing Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, and GST laws. With a wealth of knowledge and a strong foundation in policy formulation and implementation, Mr. Sankhla has significantly contributed to shaping and executing policies related to GST & Customs at the national level. His tenure of over eight years at the Tribunal (CESTAT) has honed his understanding of complex legal intricacies. Mr. Sankhla’s roles as Zonal and Regional unit head in DRI, Export Promotion, and various Commissionerate have provided him with invaluable insights into the nuances of Investigation, Adjudication, Appeals and other critical aspects of these domain. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Sankhla Law Associates, Mr. Sankhla leverages his extensive background and expertise to provide legal counsel and strategic guidance in the field of taxation, specifically focusing on Customs, GST laws, AEO Schemes, SEZ, Audit, Foreign Trade Policy, Anti-Dumping Law, Matters related with DGFT, Prevention of Money Laundering (PMLA), Arbitration, Matters related with Competition Commission of India and related areas. His distinguished career, coupled with his profound understanding and experience in policy-making, implementation, and legal practice, solidifies his reputation as a leading authority in these areas.

C. Dhanasekaran Advocate
An IRS (Retd.) and former Principal Commissioner of Customs, GST, and Central Excises. A commerce and law post graduate with MBA, who has vast and varied experience in Customs, Service Tax, GST laws, Central Excises wing of Government of India, having served for more than 33 years. He is repository of legal knowledge specialising in litigation, who has represented and litigated before various judicial forums i.e CESTAT, High Courts etc.
At present, He is a special counsel to the Government of India
Rahul Sankhla, Advocate
A Commerce and Law graduate from University of Delhi, specialising in Indirect Taxation and Trade Laws that is GST laws, Customs law, Service Tax law, Foreign Trade policy, AEO, Competition and PMLA. He has varied experience in litigation and representing before various Quasi- judicial forum including CESTAT, Commissioner Appeals and Adjudicatory Authorities having experience of 7 years. He is equally adept in advisory and consulting roles.

Ms. Indu Sankhla Paliwal, Advocate
Psychology and Law graduate from University of Delhi, specialising in Indirect Taxation and Trade Laws that is GST, Customs, Foreign Trade, AEO, Service Tax, Competition, Money Laundering and other related areas having experience of 2.5 years. She has been writing on Customs for Excise Law Times.
